DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 400 AM CDT (0900 UTC), the center of Post-Tropical Cyclone Beryl was located near latitude 40.9 North, longitude 85.2 West. The post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the northeast near 20 mph (31 km/h) and this motion is expected to continue. Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts. Little change in strength is forecast during the next 48 hours. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1000 mb (29.53 inches).
