McGregor Isles is located two blocks North of College Parkway off of the historic McGregor Boulevard where Thomas Edison and Henry Ford once maintained winter residence. We feel it’s the best kept secret in all of Lee County! McGregor Isles is not a deed-restricted community and contributions to our association are com- pletely voluntary.

Mcgregor Isles History

McGregor Isles is an exclusive community consisting of 156 homes in Fort Myers Florida situated on the beautiful Caloosahatchee River. McGregor Isles is located two blocks North of College Parkway off of the historic McGregor Boulevard where Thomas Edison and Henry Ford once maintained winter residence. The canal system is McGregor Isles was dredged approximately 10 years ago to a depth of 4.5-5 feet making it great place to keep a fairly sizable yacht.
