The McGregor Isles Homeowner Association is a voluntary nonprofit organization supported by our neighbors. Annual membership dues are $150 per household and help fund the community expenses and activities listed below.
Homeowners or corporations may also make donations to our association. Contributions greater than $500 per year receive recognition on our website. Corporate sponsorship opportunities also include community promotion, property listings, and homeowner communications; please contact the board to discuss the available options. We understand that some Homeowners may be on fixed incomes, so if you are not able to contribute $150 per year, any level of support is appreciated.
